# Nutri Tailor tools: blood test interpreter, dose pages and timing pages

## Summary

Three kinds of tool live in the Health Reference Library. The free blood test result interpreter reads ferritin and the iron panel, vitamin D, B12 and folate against the UK ranges and tells you what the number means and what to do next. The dose pages answer how much of a nutrient to take, how much is too much, and how many capsules of each product reach the dose. The timing pages answer when to take it and whether to take it with food, and the food pages show what a UK portion supplies. Start with the interpreter if you have a number, and with the dose pages if you have a supplement.
