Support your liver's normal detoxification pathways with artichoke and targeted nutrients
A comprehensive liver formula targeting both phase I and phase II detoxification pathways with 12 active compounds. The centrepiece is 116.5mg artichoke extract standardised to 2.5% cynarine, which supports bile production and the liver's role in processing and clearing waste. Bile flow is one of the most important and often overlooked aspects of liver detoxification. The formula adds 83mg green tea extract (45% EGCG), 67mg quercetin and 67mg turmeric (95% curcuminoids) for antioxidant support alongside 33mg choline (involved in fat metabolism in the liver and in bile production).
The antioxidant profile includes a full spectrum of mixed tocotrienols (8.2mg, one of the highest tocotrienol doses in the range), vitamin C (33mg), astaxanthin (1.4mg), plant squalene (1.6mg) and phytosterols. Piperine at 666mcg supports the bioavailability of turmeric curcuminoids. The gamma tocotrienol content (3.9mg) is notable because tocotrienols are studied for their role in the liver. The vegetarian capsule shell makes this suitable for most dietary requirements.

Directions for use:
Take 3 capsules once per day with any meal.
Taking with food that contains some fat supports absorption of the fat-soluble compounds (vitamin E, tocotrienols, astaxanthin, curcuminoids). The three-capsule dose delivers 349.5mg artichoke extract, 249mg green tea, 201mg quercetin, 201mg turmeric, 99mg choline and 24.6mg tocotrienols.
For use around alcohol: take 2 capsules before drinking and 1 capsule 5 to 6 hours later or the next morning on waking. The artichoke and choline support bile flow, while the antioxidants help the body manage oxidative stress. This product also forms part of the Detox Enhance bundle.
Food supplements support a healthy liver alongside a balanced diet and lifestyle and are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a diagnosed liver condition or take prescription medication, speak to your doctor before taking supplements.
