Can I use your products if I am taking medication?

Are there any side effects to using your products?

None of our products contain additives or additional ingredients which are the most common cause of side effects when using supplements. The dosages have also been specifically designed to prevent side effects occurring. If you have a known allergy please check the allergen information before using a product.

Can I take multiple products together?

I missed a dose, what should I do?

This isn’t an issue, simply skip that dose and recommence with the next suggested serving. In some cases, for example when using digestive support to help with bloating or flatulence, you may experience mild return of symptoms if you have missed a dose but this will be remedied with the next serving.

How do I store your products?

Most of our products can be stored on a shelf or in a cupboard, however, some need to be refrigerated. If you are somewhere particularly warm we advise keeping oil based liquid products like our Vitamin D and Vitamin A oils in the fridge once opened. Keep all products out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources such as radiators and ovens.

How long until I see results?

Everybody is unique in their response to supplementation. The rate of change will be affected by your starting health state. Our overall advice would be that you should start to feel improvements within the first 2-3 weeks, notice more lasting changes after 4-6 weeks, and then from 8-12 weeks those changes will be more concrete. Initial changes will be supported by continued use of the products but progressively over time your body will start to work better on its own. This is why we suggest a minimum of 3 months use for most products to see lasting results.

I want to change my supplement subscription, how do I do this?

You are able to adjust your supplement subscriptions by logging into your account. Please check the minimum number of deliveries when signing up.

Can I purchase some products on subscription and others individually?
