How to boost your results
All foods can happily fit into our routine, it's just about adapting them to our requirements. As a basic guide aim for 1 palm sized portion of protein, 1 cupped handful of carbohydrates, 2 fistfuls of non-starchy fibrous vegetables and a thumb sized portion of fat per meal. Ideally, eat 2-3 mouthfuls of vegetables first and your carbohydrates last.
