How to boost your results

Place your hands either side of your head so the heels of your palms sit just along/slightly under the bony ridge that runs front to back above your ears. The tips of your fingers should just tap each other along the midline of your skull.Apply firm but even pressure with your hands and massage in gentle circles along the sides of your head. What's the correct magnesium dose and timing for migraines?
The American Academy of Neurology and American Headache Society have rated magnesium as 'probably effective' for migraine prevention (Level B evidence). The strongest clinical trial saw migraine attack frequency drop by around 42 percent on 600mg magnesium daily, compared with around 16 percent on placebo over 12 weeks. The largest effect appears at weeks 9 to 12, so consistent daily use for 8 to 12 weeks is needed before judging response.

Migraine Relief is a four part protocol combining Migraine Support Formula (which provides magnesium, CoQ10 and the active B vitamins), additional CoQ10, acetyl L carnitine, and krill oil.
