PRO3Contiene 3 peptidasas, que son enzimas que pueden degradar o dividir las moléculas de proteína de cadena larga en péptidos de forma libre más pequeños que el cuerpo puede absorber sin que el sistema inmunológico los ataque. Contiene endopeptidasas (capaces de dividir la porción media de la molécula) y exopeptidasa (capaces de separar las porciones finales de la molécula de gluten que tienen enlaces particularmente fuertes). Esta es la principal enzima capaz de dividir la molécula de gluten y se conoce como DPP-IV o dipeptidil peptidasa IV. En personas sanas, esta enzima es secretada por las microvellosidades del intestino delgado para descomponer las moléculas de proteínas, incluidas las proteínas de la leche. Las 3 peptidasas de PRO3 son eficaces en pH de 2 a 8,5. Eso es desde la acidez del estómago hasta la alcalinidad de la bilis.

Dosis recomendada 4 cápsulas al inicio de una comida. Se pueden separar las cápsulas y mezclar los ingredientes con la comida.
