How long does shipping take?
Length of shipping varies depending on which delivery service was chosen and whether the delivery is international.
Are there fees associated with International Orders?
For our international customers, duties, taxes and shipping options with delivery estimates are available at checkout. Duties and taxes will be calculated according to your country's regulations at checkout.
Are your supplements high quality?
We only partner with specific supplement providers who create clinical grade supplements.
Can I use your products if I am taking medication?
Yes the majority of our products are safe to use alongside medication, however, we always advise that you check with your prescribing physician before adding supplements to your routine.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Many of them are. They are indicated by our allergen icons on each product page.
Are your products vegan?
Many of them are. They are indicated by our allergen icons on each product page.
Are your products gluten free?
Many of them are. They are indicated by our allergen icons on each product page.
How long should I take your products for?
This would depend on the plan or supplement you are using. With most products a minimum of 3 months use is advised to see maximum therapeutic benefits, you can find more detailed information on the individual product pages.
I’m not entirely sure which product(s) are right for me, what do I do?

Are there any side effects to using your products?
None of our products contain additives or additional ingredients which are the most common cause of side effects when using supplements. The dosages have also been specifically designed to prevent side effects occurring. If you have a known allergy please check the allergen information on the product pages before using a product.
Can I take multiple products together?
Yes absolutely. All of our Restore and Enhance plans are designed to work alongside our Core plans to build a truly personalised supplement regime for you. You are also able to add additional individual products to our plans if you wish. If you need assistance with any part of this please contact us, we’re always happy to help and can create bespoke subscriptions for you.
I missed a dose, what should I do?
This isn’t an issue, simply skip that dose and recommence with the next suggested serving. In some cases, for example when using digestive support to help with bloating or flatulence, you may experience mild return of symptoms if you have missed a dose but this will be remedied with the next serving.
How do I store your products?
All of our products except the Lactobacillus Rhamnosus powder can be stored on a shelf. They need to be kept out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources such as radiators or ovens to maintain their integrity. If you are somewhere particularly warm we would advise keeping oil based liquid products like our Vitamin D and Vitamin A oils in the fridge once opened.
How long until I see results?
Everybody is unique in their response to supplementation. The rate of change will be affected by your starting health state. Our overall advice would be that you should start to feel improvements within the first 2-3 weeks, notice more lasting changes after 4-6 weeks, and then from 8-12 weeks those changes will be more concrete.
Initial changes will be supported by continued use of the products but progressively over time your body will start to work better on its own. This is why we suggest a minimum of 3 months use for most products to see lasting results.
Can everyone use your products?
Yes absolutely, we have plans and individual products to suit all ages, life stages and dietary preferences. If you have a specific question or would like us to create you a bespoke subscription we are able to do this if you get in touch.
I want to change my subscription, how do I do this?
You are able to adjust your subscriptions by logging into your account. Please check the minimum number of deliveries when signing up to a subscription.
Can I purchase some products on subscription and others individually?
Yes absolutely, all our supplements and plans are available for purchase individually and via subscription.
How do I change the products in my bespoke subscription?
Please contact us and we make the required changes.
How do I change the frequency of my subscription deliveries?
You can adjust this in your account. You may need to cancel the subscription you are on and sign up to the new subscription with your required frequency of delivery. If you need assistance please contact us, we’re always happy to help.
How long until I receive my order?
Shipping and delivery times will vary depending on the option chosen at checkout. You will be able to track your order to see its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, all of our products can be shipped worldwide.
