Nutri Tailor Ltd. – Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Missing or Damaged Order Items
If any item in your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us immediately at info@nutritailor.co.uk so our team can resolve the issue promptly. If an item is damaged, please include a photo if possible.


2. Returning Unopened Items
We accept returns of unopened and unused goods in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

  • Before returning an item, please contact our sales team at info@nutritailor.co.uk and Submit a return via your account.

  • Our team will confirm the correct returns address for your specific order.

  • Returns must be sent to the address your order was shipped from, as shown on your delivery packaging or order slip, unless otherwise instructed by our team.

  • Place the item in its original packaging, reseal securely, and clearly mark the delivery address.

  • Return shipping costs are always your responsibility, and are not refundable, except where goods are faulty or sent in error.

We recommend using tracked/insured delivery and retaining proof of postage.


3. Refunds
We will process your return within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).

  • Please allow up to 14 working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund to your original payment method; timescales may vary.

  • Shipping/delivery charges will not be refunded, except in cases where products are faulty or sent in error.

  • We cannot refund opened, used, or damaged products unless faulty.

  • Items returned in unsaleable condition due to unnecessary handling may incur a deduction as allowed by law.


4. Subscriptions
If your order is part of a subscription with a minimum term, the minimum term is non-refundable and cannot be returned, except for items that are damaged or faulty.

  • If your subscription items arrive damaged or are missing, contact info@nutritailor.co.uk for resolution.

  • To cancel future subscription deliveries after the minimum term, follow instructions in your account or contact us.


5. Your Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
