Supplement and Supplement Plans Product Subscriptions Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Nutri Tailor Ltd.

For Supplement Subscriptions/Recurring Orders:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time after any minimum term commitment has been fulfilled.

• To cancel, visit Supplement Subscriptions in your user account. 

• Cancellations take effect from your next scheduled delivery. Any orders already processed or shipped before cancellation are non-refundable.

• The minimum term of any subscription is non-refundable, except in cases where products are faulty or damaged.

• You may pause, modify, or change your subscription at any time via Supplement Subscriptions in your user account.

• No further payments will be taken after cancellation, and no additional items will be dispatched.

• Refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for details.

For One-Time Supplement Purchases:

• You may cancel your order provided it has not yet been shipped or processed.

• If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for instructions on returning unopened goods within 14 days of receipt.

• Shipping and return postage costs are your responsibility. Returns are not accepted for opened or used products unless faulty.
