PRO3contient 3 peptidases qui sont des enzymes capables de dégrader ou de diviser les molécules de protéines à longue chaîne en peptides plus petits sous forme libre qui peuvent être absorbés par l'organisme sans que le système immunitaire ne les attaque. Il contient à la fois des endopeptidases (capables de diviser la partie médiane de la molécule) et des exopeptidase (capables de cliver les parties terminales de la molécule de gluten qui ont des liaisons particulièrement fortes.) Il s'agit de la principale enzyme capable de diviser la molécule de gluten et elle est connue. comme DPP-IV ou dipeptidyl peptidase IV. Chez les individus en bonne santé, cette enzyme est sécrétée par les microvillosités de l’intestin grêle pour décomposer les molécules protéiques, notamment les protéines du lait. Les 3 peptidases du PRO3 sont efficaces à des pH de 2 à 8,5. C’est l’acidité de l’estomac à l’alcalinité de la bile.

Dose recommandée 4 gélules au début d'un repas. Les capsules peuvent être séparées et les ingrédients mélangés à la nourriture. La dose recommandée indiquée peut être modifiée selon les directives de votre professionnel de la santé. Ne dépassez pas cette dose recommandée. A consommer dans les 3 mois après ouverture.
