Urinary Tract Support
Will decrease symptoms of UTIs as well as preventing them occurring in future
Support urinary tract health naturally with D mannose and cranberry extract
A targeted urinary tract formula combining three active compounds to prevent and support the management of urinary tract infections. Each capsule provides 243mg D mannose, 146mg green tea extract (45% EGCG) and 99mg cranberry extract. D mannose is a simple sugar that is not metabolised by the body and is excreted unchanged in the urine. In the urinary tract, it binds to the type 1 fimbriae (adhesion structures) on E. coli bacteria, which are responsible for over 80% of UTIs. By binding to these fimbriae, D mannose acts as a decoy, preventing the bacteria from attaching to the bladder wall and allowing them to be flushed out with urination.
Green tea EGCG provides antimicrobial activity against urinary pathogens and reduces the inflammation that drives UTI symptoms. Cranberry extract contains proanthocyanidins (PACs) that prevent bacterial biofilm formation and provide an additional anti adhesion mechanism distinct from D mannose. The three ingredient combination provides broader coverage than any single ingredient alone. The vegetarian capsule shell makes this suitable for most dietary requirements.

Directions for use:
For preventative use: 3 capsules once per day with breakfast. For support during active infection: 2 capsules 3 times a day with meals.
The preventative dose provides 729mg D mannose, 438mg green tea extract and 297mg cranberry extract daily. The active infection dose increases this to 1458mg D mannose, 876mg green tea and 594mg cranberry daily, providing maximum anti adhesion and antimicrobial coverage.
During active symptoms, increase water intake significantly (at least 2 litres daily) to support frequent urination, which helps flush bacteria from the urinary tract. D mannose works best when the bladder is emptied regularly. This product can be used as a standalone or as part of the Urinary Tract Reinforce bundle for comprehensive prevention.
Coriander, Fennel & Parsley
Support function of the kidneys and urinary system
Soothe digestive discomfort naturally with this traditional herbal blend
A liquid herbal extract combining three traditional digestive and urinary tract herbs in equal proportions. Each 20 drop serving delivers a herb weight equivalent of 246mg from coriander leaf (Coriandrum sativum), fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare) and parsley leaf (Petroselinum crispum). The liquid format allows rapid absorption and easy dose adjustment.
Coriander has a long history of use for easing bloating, gas and digestive discomfort. Fennel seed is one of the most widely used carminative herbs, traditionally relied upon to relax smooth muscle in the digestive tract and reduce trapped wind. Parsley is a gentle diuretic that supports kidney function and fluid balance without depleting potassium in the way pharmaceutical diuretics can. Together, these three herbs address both digestive comfort and urinary tract health. The extract is preserved in 25% alcohol in purified water, with 135 servings per 100ml bottle.

Directions for use:
Take 20 drops mixed with 200ml of water, 3 times a day before eating.
For digestive and kidney support, the three daily doses should be taken 10 to 15 minutes before meals to allow the herbs to reach the digestive tract before food arrives.
For urinary tract support, adjust the timing to 4 doses daily: on waking, 10 to 15 minutes before lunch, 10 to 15 minutes before dinner, and 1 hour before bed. This maintains a more consistent presence of the active compounds throughout the day and evening. Shake the bottle before each use. The alcohol content is minimal at the serving size and serves as a preservative.
Lactobacillus Rhamnosus
Targeted probiotic for improving digestive health, decreasing UTIs and overall immune resilience
Strengthen gut immunity and digestive balance with the most researched probiotic strain
Lactobacillus rhamnosus is one of the most extensively researched probiotic strains, with evidence spanning digestive health, immune function, skin conditions and allergy support. This product provides it as a single strain powder, allowing precise dosing and easy mixing into water or cold drinks.
Each scoop delivers 500mg of Lactobacillus rhamnosus (strain LMG 25626) at a concentration of 10 billion CFU per gram. The powder format is particularly useful for anyone who has difficulty swallowing capsules, for children (under practitioner guidance), or for those who want to combine it with other supplements in a morning drink.
Lactobacillus rhamnosus has specific evidence for supporting the gut immune barrier, reducing the duration of digestive infections, and modulating inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema. It is one of the most commonly recommended strains for gut restoration after antibiotics.

Mix 1 scoop (0.5g) into water once per day on an empty stomach.
Use cold or room temperature water, not hot drinks, as heat can damage live bacteria. Take first thing in the morning, at least 20 minutes before eating, to maximise bacterial survival through the stomach.

How to boost your results
As mentioned above a lack in Lactobacillus bacterial strains can be linked to recurrent UTIs. Try to incorporate 1-2 tablespoons or organic, unpasteurised kefir (goat, sheep or cow based) or unflavoured yoghurt most days to support this.
Regular flushing of fluid through the system helps to keep it clear. For most people an intake of 1.5-2.5 litres of still water, with added unflavoured electrolytes, is sufficient. Avoid squash (including sugar free), juices, and cordials totally. Herbal teas containing dandelion and nettle are great for the urinary system.
Coffee, black and green teas are all diuretics which means they increase the need to urinate. Where someone is symptomatic this can cause increased discomfort so consider swapping away from these to allow the system to recover.

Founder, Nutri Tailor

Per NICE NG112 (Urinary tract infection, recurrent: antimicrobial prescribing, 2018, last updated December 2024), first-line is behavioural and personal hygiene measures (adequate hydration, voiding after intercourse, wiping front to back). Women not pregnant with recurrent UTI may wish to try D-mannose (Kranjcec 2014 RCT, n=308, 2 g per day reduced recurrence 14.6 percent versus 60.8 percent no-treatment comparator over 6 months, NNT 3, high-quality evidence per NICE) or cranberry products (NICE-acknowledged but benefit uncertain). Standard antibiotic prophylaxis options include nitrofurantoin, trimethoprim, or methenamine hippurate (new 2024 NICE recommendation); topical vaginal oestrogen is recommended for postmenopausal women. This plan provides D-mannose 243 mg per cap and cranberry extract 99 mg per cap in Urinary Tract Support, plus Lactobacillus rhamnosus LMG 25626 at 10 Bn CFU per g (NICE notes some lactobacillus strain evidence but overall inconclusive). For red-flag features (fever, flank pain, nausea, men with UTI, pregnancy with UTI, visible haematuria, symptoms beyond 48 hours), urgent GP review per NICE NG109 is appropriate.
Yes, regular use can help maintain urinary tract health.
Seek attention for fever, back pain, or blood in urine.
Compounds in cranberry prevent bacteria from adhering to the urinary tract lining.
Hydration, probiotics, D-mannose, and good hygiene all contribute to urinary tract health.
Recurrent infections may indicate underlying issues like incomplete bladder emptying, hormone changes, or resistant bacteria.
