What is in it
Each capsule provides 243mg of D-mannose, 146mg of green tea extract at 45% EGCG and 99mg of cranberry extract. There is nothing else in it apart from the vegetable capsule shell. The green tea extract carries a small amount of caffeine. D-mannose capsules, cranberry D-mannose and urinary tract supplement are other names for it.
How to take it
Take three capsules once a day with breakfast. The label also gives a higher amount of two capsules three times a day with meals, which doubles everything to 1,458mg of D-mannose, 594mg of cranberry and 876mg of green tea extract. Drink plenty of water, at least two litres a day, because D-mannose works in the urine and needs you to pass it regularly.
