Coriander, Fennel and Parsley Liquid is a tincture of coriander leaf, fennel seed and parsley leaf in equal parts, three kitchen herbs with a long history of use around meals. Twenty drops provide 0.74ml of the blend, equal to 246mg of herb, taken in water three times a day before eating. The bottles come in 100ml, 250ml and 500ml.

What is in it
Twenty drops provide 0.74ml of an extract blend with about a third each of coriander leaf, fennel seed and parsley leaf, equal to 246mg of herb. The liquid is made with purified water and 25% alcohol, which preserves the tincture and is a small amount at one serving. Coriandrum sativum, Foeniculum vulgare and Petroselinum crispum are the plant names.
How to take it
Add 20 drops to 200ml of water three times a day, 10 to 15 minutes before eating, so the herbs reach the digestive tract before the food. The label also gives a four serving pattern: on waking, before lunch, before dinner and an hour before bed. Shake the bottle before each use.

Why these three herbs together?
Coriander, fennel and parsley are the kitchen herbs traditionally taken around meals for the digestion. In equal parts they give a balanced blend, with fennel seed the one most people already know from the end of a meal.
How much should I take a day?
Take 20 drops three times a day, which is 60 drops or about 2.2ml of the blend. The four serving pattern on the label adds one more before bed.
When is the best time to take it?
Ten to fifteen minutes before each meal, in 200ml of water. The timing matters more than with most supplements, because the herbs need to be in the digestive tract before food arrives.
Can I take it with other supplements?
