Delete your Nutri365 account

Permanently remove your Nutri365 health data from Nutri Tailor.

Deleting your Nutri365 account permanently removes the health data we hold for you:

  • Your profile and the details you have shared
  • Your conversations and health timeline
  • Documents you have uploaded, such as blood tests
  • Your goals, plans, scores and daily briefings
  • Any connected wearable data, such as Oura

If you subscribe through the App Store, deleting your account does not cancel the subscription: cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions) before or after deleting, or it will renew. Any web subscription is cancelled for you.

Your purchase and order history is kept as a financial record, as set out in our Privacy Policy. This deletion cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

Account deletion is carried out from your signed-in account, for security. To delete your Nutri365 account and data:

  • Sign in below and return to this page, then confirm the deletion, or
  • Open the Nutri Tailor app, go to Settings, and choose "Delete my Nutri365 account and data".
