Delete your Nutri365 account

Permanently remove your Nutri365 health data from Nutri Tailor.

Deleting your Nutri365 account permanently removes the health data we hold for you:

  • Your profile and the details you have shared
  • Your conversations and health timeline
  • Documents you have uploaded, such as blood tests
  • Your goals, plans, scores and daily briefings
  • Any connected wearable data, such as Oura

Any active Nutri365 subscription is cancelled as part of this.

Your purchase and order history is kept as a financial record, as set out in our Privacy Policy. This deletion cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

Account deletion is carried out from your signed-in account, for security. To delete your Nutri365 account and data:

  • Sign in below and return to this page, then confirm the deletion, or
  • Open the Nutri Tailor app, go to Settings, and choose "Delete my Nutri365 account and data".
