Adrenalmax combines vitamin B12, biotin and magnesium with L-glutamine, choline, green tea extract, olive leaf extract and other plant compounds. It is a ten ingredient formula in one capsule.
Vitamin B12 and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function. The plant extracts are the ones most often used alongside these nutrients in practitioner formulas.
Four capsules a day, split between breakfast and lunch, provides the amount. It is often chosen by people who want one formula for periods of sustained demand.
