Adrenalmax Capsules give you ten ingredients in one capsule for periods of sustained demand: vitamin B12, biotin and magnesium with L-glutamine, choline, betaine, green tea extract, olive leaf extract, L-theanine and taurine. Four capsules a day provide 672mg of glutamine, 336mg of green tea extract, 268mg of olive leaf extract and 136mg each of the two amino acids. You take two capsules with breakfast and two with lunch. What is in it
Each capsule provides 168mg of L-glutamine, 84mg of green tea extract at 45% EGCG, 67mg of olive leaf extract at 20% oleuropein, 34mg of L-theanine, 34mg of taurine, 20mg of betaine citrate, 20mg of magnesium as citrate, 17mg of choline, 50mcg of biotin and 34mcg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. How to take it
