Adrenalmax is a multi ingredient formula designed to support adrenal function and sustained energy production during periods of high demand. It combines amino acids, B vitamins, plant extracts and minerals that are commonly depleted when the body is under prolonged stress.

L-Glutamine (168mg) supports gut barrier integrity and immune function, both of which are compromised during sustained stress. Green tea extract (84mg at 45% EGCG) and olive leaf extract (67mg at 20% oleuropein) provide antioxidant and anti-inflammatory protection. L-Theanine (34mg) and taurine (34mg) support calm nervous system function without causing drowsiness.

Vitamin B12 in its active methylcobalamin form (34mcg) supports energy metabolism and nervous system health. Magnesium citrate (20mg), choline (17mg) and betaine citrate (20mg) round out the formula with additional metabolic and nervous system support.

This formula is designed for people who feel depleted, fatigued or mentally drained rather than acutely anxious. It supports rebuilding rather than sedating.

Take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch.

Splitting the dose across two meals maintains more consistent support throughout the working day. Avoid taking in the evening as the green tea extract contains caffeine which may affect sleep.
