Antioxidant Formula Capsules give you 26 antioxidant nutrients and plant compounds in one capsule, so you take one product rather than several pots. Vitamins C, E, D3 and beta carotene sit alongside olive leaf, green tea, turmeric, quercetin, broccoli extract, alpha lipoic acid and coenzyme Q10. You take two capsules once or twice a day with meals. One pot holds 120 capsules, which is a 30 day supply at four a day.

What is in it
Each capsule provides 75mg each of olive leaf extract and green tea extract, with 62.5mg each of turmeric extract, quercetin and broccoli extract. Alpha lipoic acid is 37.5mg, with 12.5mg each of coenzyme Q10, marine pine bark extract and L-carnitine tartrate. Lutein is 1.25mg, plus smaller amounts of astaxanthin, plant squalene, phytosterols and piperine.
Vitamins in each capsule are vitamin C 25mg, vitamin D3 6.25mcg, vitamin E 1.1mg with 4.1mg of mixed tocotrienols, vitamin K2 11mcg and vitamin A 300mcg as beta carotene. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose.
How to take it
Take two capsules once or twice a day with meals. Food that contains some fat improves absorption of the fat soluble parts, so split four capsules across two meals. The formula contains piperine from black pepper, which can change how the body handles some prescribed tablets, so check with your prescriber if you take any.
Diet and allergens
The capsules are suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans. They are free from gluten, dairy and nuts. Anyone under 16 should not take them.

A colourful diet of fruit and vegetables gives a good base. The extracts here add amounts a normal day of food does not reach.
