Menopause Support Formula combines alfalfa, sage, green tea extract and marine pine bark extract in one capsule. Alfalfa and sage are the two plants with the longest traditional use through this stage of life.
These are plant extracts rather than vitamins, so the formula makes no nutrient claims. It is taken by women who want a plant based formula and prefer the extracts together rather than separately.
