This capsule provides calcium and magnesium together, each bound to citric acid and malic acid. These organic acid forms are absorbed more reliably than carbonate or oxide.
Both minerals are needed to maintain normal bone and to keep muscles working as they should. Magnesium also supports energy release and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Each capsule provides 50 mg of calcium and 51 mg of magnesium. Calcium and magnesium compete for absorption at higher doses, so this capsule provides them in a one to one ratio.
