Children's Multivitamin Capsules give children the full range of vitamins and minerals in amounts suited to their age, with the B vitamins in their active forms and vitamin D3 and K2. The capsule opens so the contents can be mixed into food, from a pot of 180 capsules.

What is in it
Each capsule provides 1.7mcg of vitamin D, 8.3mg of vitamin C, 16.7mcg of vitamin B12 and 15.2mcg of folate, with vitamins A, E and K2 and the rest of the B vitamins. The minerals are calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, selenium, chromium and iodine, while the vitamin E includes mixed tocotrienols. Every nutrient and its amount is on the label. Kids multivitamin and children's vitamins are other names for it.
How to take it
Give one to three capsules a day with food, depending on your child's age and size. One a day suits children of five to eight, while nine to thirteen year olds can take two or three. The capsule opens so the contents can be stirred into yoghurt, porridge or a smoothie.

The capsules are suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans. They are free from gluten, dairy and nuts.

Why capsules rather than gummies?
A capsule holds the real forms of the vitamins with no sugar, flavouring or colour, which opens so the powder can go into food. By contrast a gummy is mostly sugar and gelatin with a little vitamin in it.
How much should my child take?
One capsule a day for a child of five to eight, or two to three a day for a child of nine to thirteen. The formula is designed for children aged five and over.
When is the best time to give it?
With a meal, which helps absorption and keeps it easy on a small stomach, so breakfast is the easy habit.
Can my child take it with other supplements?
