Chromium picolinate is chromium bound to picolinic acid, the form most used in studies. Chromium is a trace mineral needed in very small amounts.
Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. It is the mineral most often taken for balance after meals.
Each capsule provides chromium picolinate with cellulose and nothing else, in a vegetable capsule suitable for vegans. It is often taken with meals, one capsule at a time.
