Classic Collagen is a 50 to 50 blend of marine and grass fed bovine collagen peptides, providing types I and III collagen. The peptides are low molecular weight, so they dissolve easily and absorb well.
Collagen is the main protein of skin, tendons, cartilage and bone, and the body makes less of it with age. Collagen peptides supply the amino acids the body uses to build it, especially glycine and proline.
Two tablespoons a day stirred into coffee, water or food provides the serving, and there is no flavouring or sweetener. It suits anyone who wants collagen without a taste, hot or cold.
