Colon Support Formula is a powder blend of psyllium husk, inulin and organic oat bran with bentonite clay and a seven strain probiotic. It provides soluble and insoluble fibre together.
Fibre adds bulk and holds water in the bowel, and inulin is a prebiotic fibre that feeds the bacteria already there. The probiotic supplies seven Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains.
A single daily measure stirred into water or juice provides the whole blend, taken away from food. It is often chosen by people who want fibre and probiotic together rather than as separate products.

Each 5g scoop gives you 1.4g of psyllium husk, 1.2g of inulin, 787mg of organic oat bran and live bacteria. A 250g tub is 50 scoops, so about seven weeks at one scoop a day. Mix it into a full 500ml of water, because the psyllium absorbs a lot of liquid.
