Digestade combines turmeric extract standardised to curcuminoids with betaine hydrochloride, choline and bromelain, plus piperine. It is taken shortly before meals.
Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and to normal fat metabolism. Betaine HCl supports the acid environment of the stomach, and bromelain is an enzyme from pineapple that breaks down protein.
Two capsules twice a day before meals provides the amount. It is often chosen by people who want digestive support around meals from one formula.
