Elderberry Immune Support combines elderberry extract with vitamin C, zinc and N-acetyl cysteine. Each capsule's elderberry extract is equivalent to three grams of fresh berries.
Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Elderberry is the fruit with the longest traditional use in winter, and NAC is the precursor the body uses to make glutathione.
Two capsules once or twice a day with meals provides the amount. It is often chosen for short courses through the colder months rather than all year.
