Enzymase is a blend of eleven digestive enzymes from plant and fungal sources, covering protein, fat, starch, lactose and plant fibre. The activities are stated in standard enzyme units.
Enzymes break food down so its nutrients can be absorbed, and the body's own supply falls with age and stress. People take an enzyme blend with meals when they want that support.
