Fungalite Phase I Capsules give you garlic, olive leaf, grapefruit seed and oregano in one capsule, the four plants practitioners most often use together, as the first of a two part programme. Each capsule provides 188mg of garlic powder, 188mg of olive leaf extract, 57mg of grapefruit seed extract and 50mg of oregano extract. You take two capsules twice a day with meals, built up over the first week. One pot holds 90 capsules, which lasts about 22 days at the full amount.

What is in it
Each capsule provides 188mg of garlic powder, 188mg of olive leaf extract standardised to 38mg of oleuropein, 57mg of grapefruit seed extract and 50mg of oregano leaf extract. There is nothing else in it apart from the vegetable capsule shell. Candida cleanse supplement is the term people often search for.
How to take it
Start with one capsule with breakfast and one with dinner for the first four to six days, then move to two capsules with each of those meals. The gradual start keeps the first week comfortable. Take Activated Coconut Charcoal Capsules between meals, two hours away from food and other supplements, to bind what the routine releases. Drink plenty of water through the day. After about a month, move on to Fungalite Phase II Capsules.

Why two phases?
Phase I is the plant extracts, started gradually. The second phase is caprylic and capric acid from medium chain triglycerides, taken afterwards rather than at the same time. Splitting them keeps the first weeks comfortable and gives each part a clear run.
How many capsules should I take a day?
Four at the full amount, two with breakfast and two with dinner. Start at two a day for the first four to six days.
When is the best time to take it?
With breakfast and with dinner, two capsules each. Charcoal goes between the meals, two hours from either.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Yes. Activated Coconut Charcoal Capsules are the usual partner, taken between meals. Keep two hours between the charcoal and these capsules, because charcoal binds whatever it meets.
What happens in the first week?
Some people get a headache, feel tired or notice a change in digestion in the first days. The gradual start and the charcoal are there to keep that mild. If it is more than mild, drop back to one capsule a day and build up more slowly.
Does it have side effects?
Garlic and oregano can repeat on you, which taking the capsules with meals avoids. If you take prescribed tablets, are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your GP or pharmacist first.
