Fungalite Phase I combines garlic powder, olive leaf extract standardised to oleuropein, grapefruit seed extract and oregano extract. It is the first of two formulas designed to be taken in sequence.
These four plants share a long history of traditional use and are the ones most often used together in practitioner protocols. The dose is built up over the first week rather than started in full.
Two capsules twice a day with meals provides the full amount, and the phase usually runs for several weeks before moving to Phase II. It is often taken alongside Activated Coconut Charcoal.
