Fungalite Phase II provides medium chain triglycerides, seventy percent caprylic acid and thirty percent capric acid. It is the second of two formulas designed to be taken in sequence.
Caprylic acid is the medium chain fat from coconut and milk with the longest history of use in practitioner protocols. It is taken after the plant extracts of Phase I rather than at the same time.
Two capsules twice a day with meals provides the amount, and it is usually started after a month on Phase I. It is often taken alongside Oregano Oil, and the MCT is dairy derived, so it is not suitable for vegans.
