Fungalite Phase II Capsules give you caprylic and capric acid from medium chain triglycerides, as the second of a two part programme taken after Fungalite Phase I. Each capsule provides 330mg of medium chain triglycerides, 70% caprylic and 30% capric. You take two capsules twice a day with meals. One pot holds 90 capsules, which lasts about 22 days.

What is in it

How to take it
Take two capsules twice a day with meals. No gradual start is needed if you have completed Phase I. If you are starting here without Phase I, build up over the first week as the Phase I directions describe. Carry on for at least four to six weeks after finishing Phase I.
Diet and allergens
The capsules are suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans, because the medium chain triglycerides come from milk. They contain dairy and are free from gluten and nuts.
