Glutathione capsules, in stock in the UK. Nutri Tailor stocks L-glutathione in its reduced form as a capsule, 200 mg per capsule, shipped from the UK.
Reduced glutathione only. Each capsule provides 200 mg of L-glutathione reduced in a vegetable capsule, with nothing else added. For the precursor the body uses to make its own glutathione, see N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) Capsules.
Ships worldwide from the UK, with duties and taxes shown upfront at checkout.
What glutathione is. Glutathione is a small molecule made from three amino acids that every cell produces and uses in its own antioxidant and recycling chemistry. It exists in a reduced form, which is the working form, and an oxidised form, which the cell has to convert back before it can use it again. These capsules supply the reduced form.
How it differs from NAC. Glutathione is the finished molecule; NAC supplies cysteine, the amino acid that limits how much glutathione the body can make for itself. Whether swallowed glutathione survives digestion well enough to matter has been debated for years, and the Nutri Tailor guide linked below sets out what the trials do and do not show. Nutri Tailor makes no claim beyond that.
Who chooses it. People who want the finished molecule rather than the precursor, usually on a practitioner's suggestion. People who already take NAC and want to try the direct form alongside it. Anyone who wants a single-ingredient capsule with a stated dose.
Capsules or liposomal. Nutri Tailor stocks the plain reduced-glutathione capsule. Liposomal and sublingual products exist elsewhere and make claims about absorption; the honest position is that the comparative evidence is thin.
How to take it. One capsule daily with food, as the label directs. If you take prescribed tablets, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a diagnosed condition, talk to your GP or pharmacist first. The Nutri Tailor guide Does oral glutathione work, or should you take NAC instead? covers the evidence.

Glutathione provides antioxidant support against oxidative stress.
Antioxidants neutralise free radicals that damage cells.
Take with food for best absorption.
Pollution, UV exposure, processed foods, stress, intense exercise, and normal metabolism all generate free radicals.
People who want the finished molecule rather than the NAC precursor, usually on a practitioner's suggestion, people already taking NAC who want the direct form alongside it, and anyone who wants a single-ingredient capsule with a stated dose. There is no authorised health claim for glutathione, so Nutri Tailor does not promise an outcome from it.
