Green Support Formula

A cellular detoxification and antioxidant formula combining five complementary ingredients for daily cleansing support. Each capsule provides 100mg organic chlorella (a freshwater algae known for binding heavy metals and environmental toxins), 100mg cilantro (which may help mobilise stored metals from tissues), 100mg organic spirulina (a nutrient dense blue green algae providing chlorophyll, phycocyanin and a broad spectrum of micronutrients), 100mg N acetyl cysteine (the most effective precursor for glutathione production) and 50mg reduced glutathione (the body's master antioxidant in its active form).

The combination of chlorella and cilantro is widely used in detoxification protocols. Cilantro is thought to help release stored toxins while chlorella acts as a binder, preventing reabsorption. NAC supports the liver's ability to produce its own glutathione on an ongoing basis, while the direct glutathione provides immediate antioxidant availability. The vegetarian capsule shell makes this suitable for most dietary requirements.

Contains naturally occurring sulphites.

Take 2 capsules twice per day with meals.

Taking with food reduces the chance of any digestive sensitivity from the algae compounds. The total daily intake at this dose provides 400mg chlorella, 400mg cilantro, 400mg spirulina, 400mg NAC and 200mg glutathione.

For a structured detox protocol, this product works well alongside Liver Support and the Coriander, Fennel and Parsley liquid extract (as combined in the Detox Enhance bundle). Ensure adequate water intake (at least 2 litres daily) when using this product to support elimination pathways. If new to chlorella or spirulina supplementation, consider starting at 1 capsule twice daily for the first week and increasing to the full dose.
