Green Support Formula Capsules give you organic chlorella, organic spirulina and cilantro with N-acetyl cysteine and reduced glutathione in one capsule. Each capsule provides 100mg each of chlorella, spirulina, cilantro and NAC, with 50mg of glutathione. You take two capsules twice a day with meals. One pot holds 120 capsules, which is a 30 day supply.

What is in it
Each capsule provides 100mg of organic chlorella, 100mg of organic spirulina, 100mg of cilantro, 100mg of N-acetyl cysteine and 50mg of reduced glutathione. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose. Naturally occurring sulphites are present, as the label states. Greens supplement and green food supplement are other names for it.
How to take it
Take two capsules twice a day with meals, which gives 400mg each of chlorella, spirulina, cilantro and NAC with 200mg of glutathione a day. Food reduces the chance of any sensitivity to the algae. If you are new to chlorella or spirulina, start at one capsule twice a day for the first week. Drink plenty of water through the day, at least two litres.

The capsules are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. They are free from gluten, dairy and nuts, though they contain naturally occurring sulphites.
