Hair, Skin and Nails Formula combines vitamins A, C, D3 and E with biotin, zinc, selenium, copper and a range of plant compounds including astaxanthin, grapeseed and green tea. It is a broad formula for the tissues that grow.
Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and skin, selenium to normal hair and nails, and vitamin C to collagen formation for skin. The plant compounds are the ones most often used alongside them.
Two capsules once a day with breakfast provides the amount. It is often chosen by people who want one formula rather than separate biotin, zinc and vitamin C.
