What is in it
Each capsule provides 50mcg of biotin, 25mg of vitamin C, 6.25mcg of vitamin D3, 7.5mg of zinc and 0.5mg of copper. With those come 25mcg of vitamin K2, 200mcg of folate and 125mcg of vitamin B12, with vitamins A, E and B2, niacin and silicon. The plant compounds are 50mg each of grapeseed extract, green tea extract and L-carnitine, with 15mg of coenzyme Q10, 6.1mg of mixed tocotrienols, 1mg of astaxanthin and a little plant squalene and phytosterols. Twenty eight nutrients and plant compounds in all.
How to take it
Take two capsules once a day with breakfast. Vitamins A, D3, E and K2, the tocotrienols and the astaxanthin are all fat soluble, so a breakfast with some fat in it, such as eggs, nuts or avocado, helps them absorb.
Diet and allergens
The capsules are suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans. They are free from gluten, dairy and nuts.

It is built around the tissues that grow. That means full amounts of the biotin, zinc and selenium those tissues use, plus plant compounds such as astaxanthin, grapeseed and green tea that a multivitamin leaves out.
How much should I take a day?
Take two capsules once a day, which gives you 100mcg of biotin, 50mg of vitamin C, 15mg of zinc and 500 IU of vitamin D3 with the rest of the formula.
When is the best time to take it?
With breakfast, as the label says, with a little fat in the meal so the fat soluble vitamins absorb.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Yes. For collagen from a vegetarian source it pairs with L-Proline Capsules, which supply the amino acid collagen is built from. Check any other vitamin D or B12 you take, because the amounts add up.
