★★★★★ "I won't go back to high street supplements. The difference in quality is something you can actually feel." Susie
Hyaluronic acid is a molecule found in skin, joint fluid and the eyes, where it holds water. This capsule provides it as sodium hyaluronate.
The body makes less of it with age. People take it as a supplement for skin hydration and for the joints, usually alongside collagen or its amino acids.
Each capsule provides hyaluronic acid with nothing else apart from the vegetable shell. It is often chosen by people who want an oral form rather than a cream.

Hyaluronic Acid combines the ingredients listed in the table above. Where an ingredient carries an authorised health claim, it is stated on this page, and Nutri Tailor makes no claim beyond those.
Reduced stiffness within 4-6 weeks. Full benefits over 2-3 months.
Generally yes. Consult your provider for interactions.
The ingredients and amounts are listed in the table above. If you have a diagnosed joint condition, talk to your GP or pharmacist before adding a supplement.
Gentle movement often helps. If a joint is painful, swollen or hot, talk to your GP or a physiotherapist before changing what you do.
Sodium hyaluronate is the salt form of hyaluronic acid and is the form used in almost all oral supplements because it is stable and dissolves well; the two names refer to the same molecule once in the body. Products differ in molecular weight: lower weight fragments are absorbed more easily from the gut, higher weight ones are what the skin and joints contain. These capsules give 200 mg of sodium hyaluronate on its own, which suits people who want an oral hyaluronic acid at a measured dose rather than in a collagen blend.
Tablets need binders, fillers and a coating to hold their shape. A capsule is a cellulose shell around the powder, so it carries no binders and breaks down quickly once swallowed.
