Ionic magnesium is magnesium chloride dissolved in purified water. The magnesium is already in its charged form, so there is no carrier to break down before it is absorbed.
Magnesium supports energy release, muscle function and electrolyte balance, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. A small amount taken through the day adds to intake without the loosening effect of high dose forms.
This liquid contains two ingredients, purified water and magnesium chloride. It is often chosen by people who cannot swallow capsules, or who prefer to add magnesium to a glass of water.

Ionic magnesium is a liquid, already-dissociated form that absorbs rapidly. This gentle low-dose version suits adding to water through the day and those sensitive to capsules.
When should I take Ionic Magnesium?
Add ten drops to a glass of water once a day with food, or split across several glasses through the day.
What are signs I might need magnesium?
Common signs include muscle cramps, poor sleep, low energy, and tension. A blood test can confirm your level.
Can I take magnesium with other supplements?
Magnesium pairs well with vitamin D, zinc and B vitamins. Space it from calcium by around 2 hours for absorption.
How much magnesium is in 10 drops, and how is this different from the XS version?
Ten drops give you 1.7mg of magnesium as magnesium chloride in purified water. The XS version is about six times stronger at 10.6mg per 10 drops. A 100ml bottle is roughly 147 servings of 10 drops.
Is this vegan, and is it free from gluten, dairy and nuts?

Why drops rather than tablets?
