KHK Formula combines Polygonum cuspidatum extract standardised to resveratrol with N-acetyl cysteine, coenzyme Q10, vitamin C and zinc. It is a five ingredient formula.
Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system and vitamin C to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Resveratrol, NAC and CoQ10 are the three compounds most often taken with them.
One capsule twice a day with meals provides the amount. It is often chosen by people who take these five together on practitioner advice.
