A targeted antioxidant and cellular support formula combining five complementary compounds. Each capsule provides 150mg Polygonum cuspidatum (Japanese knotweed extract) standardised to 25% resveratrol, delivering 37.5mg of trans resveratrol per capsule. Resveratrol is one of the most studied polyphenols for its role in activating sirtuins, supporting healthy ageing, cardiovascular support and modulating inflammatory pathways.
The formula also includes 100mg N acetyl cysteine (the most effective oral precursor to glutathione, the body's master antioxidant), 100mg coenzyme Q10 (supporting mitochondrial energy production and providing fat soluble antioxidant support), 100mg vitamin C and 15mg zinc as zinc citrate. This combination addresses oxidative stress through multiple mechanisms simultaneously: direct free radical scavenging (vitamin C, CoQ10), glutathione production support (NAC), sirtuin activation (resveratrol) and immune cell zinc metallothionein support. The vegetarian capsule shell makes this suitable for most dietary requirements.

Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule twice per day with meals.
Taking with food that contains some fat enhances absorption of the CoQ10 and resveratrol, both of which are fat soluble. The two capsule daily dose provides 75mg trans resveratrol, 200mg NAC, 200mg CoQ10, 200mg vitamin C and 30mg zinc.
If taking alongside other zinc containing supplements, be aware of total daily zinc intake. Sustained zinc intake above 30mg daily without copper supplementation may deplete copper stores over time. Consider adding 1 to 2mg copper if total daily zinc from all sources exceeds 30mg for extended periods.
