What is in it
Each softgel provides 500mg of krill oil, of which 225mg is phospholipids and 125mg is omega 3, including 68mg of EPA and 30mg of DHA, with 25mg of choline and 180mcg of astaxanthin. The shell is fish gelatin, glycerol and water. Antarctic krill oil and phospholipid omega 3 are other names for it.
How to take it
Take two or three softgels once a day, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, so the oil mixes with the fat in the food you are about to eat.

The softgels are free from gluten, dairy and nuts. They contain crustacean and fish, so they are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

How much krill oil should I take a day?
Take two softgels a day for everyday use, which gives you 136mg of EPA and 60mg of DHA, or three for 204mg of EPA and 90mg of DHA.
When is the best time to take krill oil?
Twenty to thirty minutes before a meal, so the phospholipid bound omega 3 mixes with the fat in the food.
Can I take it with other supplements?

Does krill oil have side effects?
