Each capsule provides 75mg of magnesium as bisglycinate, which is 20% of the daily reference value, 37.5mg of coenzyme Q10, 2.5mg of vitamin B6 as P5P, 100mcg of folate as methylfolate, 125mcg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, 3mcg of vitamin D3 and 12.5mcg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone 7. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose.

How to take it
