Power Up is an energy and focus formula with eighteen ingredients. These nootropic capsules combine vitamin D3 from algae and active B vitamins, including B12 as methylcobalamin and folate as methylfolate, with taurine, choline, gotu kola and Panax ginseng.
The B vitamins contribute to normal energy release and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance. Ginseng and gotu kola are the two plants most often taken alongside them.
Every ingredient is listed with its amount in the nutrition tab, including the vitamins, iron, amino acids and plant extracts.
