Power Up is a formula of energy supporting nutrients that provides all the benefits of a cup of coffee with no caffeine. See a reduction in tiredness and fatigue alongside an upswing in mental clarity and focus. Best of all, there is no caffeine-induced crash.

Recommended dose: 2 capsules, once per day away from food. For some taking this product on waking suits them well, however if you are sensitive to zinc this can cause nausea. Mid-morning is a great time to take this product.
