Power Up by Motion Nutrition combines vitamin D3 from algae, active B vitamins including B12 as methylcobalamin and folate as methylfolate, with taurine, choline, gotu kola, Panax ginseng and other plant compounds. It is an eighteen ingredient formula.
The B vitamins contribute to normal energy release and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and pantothenic acid to normal mental performance. Ginseng and gotu kola are the two plants most often taken alongside them.
Two capsules once a day away from food provides the amount. It is often chosen by people who want a morning formula rather than caffeine.
