Unplug by Motion Nutrition combines L-theanine, brahmi, ashwagandha root, rhodiola, amla, Montmorency cherry, magnesium and other plant compounds. It is a ten ingredient evening formula.
Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and the nervous system. Theanine is the calming compound in green tea, and ashwagandha and cherry are the plants most often taken in the evening.
Two capsules thirty to sixty minutes before bed provides the amount. It is often chosen by people who want an evening formula without any sedative ingredient.
