Unplug is a natural sleep supplement, a ten ingredient formula taken in the evening. These sleep capsules combine L-theanine, brahmi, ashwagandha root, rhodiola, amla and Montmorency cherry with magnesium, zinc and iodine.
Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and the nervous system. Theanine is the calming compound in green tea, and ashwagandha and cherry are the plants most often taken in the evening.
Two capsules provide 150 mg of L-theanine, 100 mg each of brahmi, ashwagandha root and Montmorency cherry, and 50 mg each of rhodiola and amla. They also provide 100 mg of magnesium, 10 mg of zinc and 100 mcg of iodine, with 2.5 mg of black pepper extract.
Take two capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bed. A pot holds 60 capsules, which is a 30 day supply.
