Multivitamin for Women provides the full range of vitamins and minerals, with the B vitamins in their active forms, vitamin D3, K2 and iron. It also includes choline and orthosilicic acid for hair, skin and nails.
The nutrients in it contribute to normal energy release, the immune system, bones, skin and vision, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It is balanced for daily use over the long term.
Four capsules a day with food provides the daily amount, and the dose can be split across meals. It is often chosen by women who want one product that covers iron as well as the vitamins.
