What is in it
Four capsules provide 10mg of iron, 20mcg of vitamin D, 252mcg of vitamin B12, 360mcg of folate and 100mg of vitamin C, with vitamins A, E and K2 and the rest of the B vitamins. The minerals are calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium, molybdenum, iodine and boron, while choline, silicon, inositol, lutein, astaxanthin and zeaxanthin come alongside. Every nutrient and its amount is on the label. Women's vitamins and women's multivitamin are other names for it.
How to take it
Take four capsules a day with food, together with one meal or split across two. A meal with some fat in it helps the fat soluble vitamins absorb.
