How to take it
Take one capsule a day with food. For gut lining support the amount can rise to two or three capsules a day. If you take it to bind lectins, take it before meals rather than after, so the NAG is in the stomach when the food arrives.

When is the best time to take NAG?
With food, at any time of day. If you take it to bind lectins, take it before meals instead.
Can I take it with other supplements?
