Niacinamide, also called nicotinamide, is one of the two main forms of vitamin B3. Unlike niacin, it does not cause flushing of the skin.
Vitamin B3 supports energy release, the nervous system and psychological function, and helps maintain normal skin. It also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

What is the difference between niacinamide and niacin?
Both are forms of vitamin B3. Niacinamide (nicotinamide) does not cause the flushing and tingling that niacin (nicotinic acid) can, making it the preferred high-dose form for most people.
How much niacinamide is in each capsule?

What does niacinamide do in the body?
Niacinamide is a precursor to NAD+, a coenzyme present in every cell and involved in energy metabolism and DNA repair, and is widely researched for skin health.
Will niacinamide make me flush?
No. The flushing reaction is specific to nicotinic acid. Niacinamide provides high-dose vitamin B3 without flushing.
How much niacinamide is in each capsule, and how long does a pot last?

Why capsules rather than tablets?
Tablets need binders, fillers and a coating to hold their shape. A capsule is a cellulose shell around the powder, so it carries no binders and breaks down quickly once swallowed.
