Six capsules a day provide 468mg of calcium, 162mg of magnesium, 22.8mcg of vitamin D3, 44.4mcg of vitamin K2 and 84mg of silicon. You take three capsules twice a day with meals, with breakfast and lunch. One pot holds 180 capsules, which is a 30 day supply.

Each capsule provides 78mg of calcium as citrate, 27mg of magnesium as citrate, 3.8mcg of vitamin D3, 7.4mcg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone 7, 74mcg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, 0.4mg of manganese, 14mg of silicon as choline stabilised orthosilicic acid, 232mcg of boron and 177mcg of vitamin A, with 83mg of green tea extract. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose. Each capsule may carry up to 5mg of naturally occurring caffeine from the green tea. How to take it
Take three capsules twice a day with meals, ideally breakfast and lunch. Splitting the dose helps calcium absorb. Keep it at least two hours away from any iron supplement, because calcium gets in the way of iron absorption. Bone renews itself slowly, so give it six to twelve months alongside weight bearing exercise before you judge it.

Can I take it with other supplements?
Yes, with a gap for iron. Take Iron and Vitamin C Capsules at least two hours apart from it. Count the D3 and K2 if you also take Vitamin D3 and K2 Capsules.
How long does it take to work?
Bone remodels slowly, so the label gives six to twelve months of daily use alongside weight bearing exercise before judging it.
Does it have side effects?
Calcium citrate is well tolerated with meals. Each capsule carries up to 5mg of caffeine, so six a day is about the caffeine of a weak cup of tea. If you take prescribed tablets, are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your GP or pharmacist first.
