Preconception Formula provides the full range of vitamins and minerals with folate as methylfolate, choline, zinc, selenium, vitamin D3 and K2. It is formulated for the months before conception.
Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, and zinc and selenium contribute to normal fertility and reproduction. The other nutrients support energy release, the immune system and bones.
Six capsules a day with food provides the daily amount, split between breakfast and lunch. It is often chosen by couples planning a pregnancy who want the active forms of the B vitamins.
