Stress Support combines magnesium citrate with vitamin B6, folate and B12, rhodiola root extract, green tea extract and L-theanine. It pairs the nutrients that support the nervous system with the plants most often taken for the same purpose.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function and the nervous system, and the B vitamins and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Rhodiola is an adaptogenic herb and theanine is the calming compound in green tea.
Two capsules once or twice a day provides the amount. It is often chosen by people who would otherwise take magnesium, a B complex and theanine separately.
