Super Zinc is zinc as chloride and sulphate dissolved in purified water with citric acid. The zinc is in its charged form, ready to absorb.
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, to normal fertility and reproduction, and to cognitive function. Intake is often low in those who eat little meat or shellfish.

How does liquid zinc compare with zinc picolinate capsules?
Super Zinc is zinc as zinc chloride and zinc sulphate dissolved in water and measured by the drop, so you can take a small dose or split it across the day. Zinc picolinate is zinc bound to picolinic acid in a fixed capsule dose. Both are well absorbed. The liquid suits people who want a dose they can adjust or who cannot swallow capsules; the capsule suits people who want one measured dose a day.
Why drops rather than tablets?
Drops let the amount be adjusted one drop at a time, and they suit anyone who cannot swallow tablets. Tablets need binders and a coating to hold their shape; this liquid contains only the active ingredient and its carrier.
