Each capsule provides 96mg of each plant ingredient and 24mg of piperine. You take two capsules twice a day with meals, with breakfast and lunch. One pot holds 120 capsules, which is a 30 day supply.

What is in it
Each capsule provides 96mg each of Ceylon cinnamon, green tea extract at 45% EGCG, olive leaf extract at 20% oleuropein, Polygonum cuspidatum extract at 25% resveratrol, turmeric and rosemary leaf extract at 25% ursolic acid, with 24mg of piperine. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose. It contains up to 1% naturally occurring caffeine from the green tea.
How to take it
Take two capsules twice a day with meals, ideally breakfast and lunch. Food helps the fat soluble compounds absorb and keeps it easy on the stomach. Four capsules a day give 384mg of each plant ingredient and 96mg of piperine. Allow eight to twelve weeks before you judge it. Piperine can change how the body handles some prescribed tablets, so check with your prescriber if you take any.

Can I take it with other supplements?
Yes. The label suggests Vitamin D3 and K2 Capsules alongside it. Count the turmeric and olive leaf if you also take Turmeric and Piperine Capsules or Olive Leaf Extract Capsules.
How long should I take it for?
Eight to twelve weeks is the period the label gives before judging it, which is two to three pots.
