★★★★★ "I won't go back to high street supplements. The difference in quality is something you can actually feel." Susie
This is vitamin C as ascorbic acid in powder form, with nothing added. One small scoop provides a gram.
Vitamin C supports the immune system, the formation of collagen for skin, bones and cartilage, and the absorption of iron, and it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The body cannot store it, so it is taken daily.
The powder dissolves in water and lets the dose be set by the scoop. It is often chosen by people who take a higher amount than capsules provide, or who prefer to avoid capsules altogether.

Vitamin C Ascorbic Acid Powder provides essential vitamins supporting multiple body functions.
Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) should be taken with fat-containing food.
Yes, but check for overlap to avoid excessive doses.
Natural forms are often better absorbed. Look for methylated B vitamins and natural vitamin E (d-alpha vs dl-alpha).
Water-soluble vitamins (B and C) are fine on empty stomach. Fat-soluble vitamins need food with fat for absorption.
Ascorbic acid is vitamin C itself, and the body absorbs it as well as any other form. The powder is the cheapest way to take a gram or more a day and lets the dose be set by the scoop. It is acidic, so some people find a large dose harsh on the stomach or teeth; taking it with food and rinsing the mouth afterwards helps. Buffered forms such as sodium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate and magnesium ascorbate are gentler and bring a mineral with them, at a higher cost per gram. Choose the powder if you tolerate acid well and want a high adjustable dose; choose a buffered form if plain vitamin C upsets your stomach.
