This oil provides vitamin D3 together with natural vitamin K2. Both are fat soluble, and the oil is the carrier they absorb best from.
Vitamin D supports the immune system, muscle function and the absorption of calcium, and vitamin K contributes to normal bones and normal blood clotting. The two are often taken together because they both act on calcium.
The dose can be adjusted one drop at a time, and every drop carries the two vitamins in the same ratio. It is often chosen by people who prefer drops to capsules or who want a lower daily dose than the capsule provides.

Ten drops give you 1000 IU (25mcg) of vitamin D3 and 50mcg of natural vitamin K2 in an oil base. Each drop is roughly 100 IU of D3 and 5mcg of K2, so you can scale the dose up or down. A 100ml bottle is about 147 servings of 10 drops.
When should I take vitamin D?
