What is in it
Each capsule provides 6.6mg of vitamin B2 as riboflavin 5 phosphate, 6.8mg of vitamin B6 as P5P, 543mcg of folate as methylfolate, 670mcg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and 221mg of choline as bitartrate. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose. Homocysteine supplement is the term people search for.
How to take it
Take one capsule once a day with any meal. One capsule is the full daily amount, so there is no building up to do. If you took it because of a homocysteine result, retest after eight to twelve weeks to see where you are.

Why active forms rather than folic acid?
Folic acid and standard B12 need converting before the body can use them, which some people do slowly. Methylfolate, methylcobalamin, P5P and R5P are the forms the body uses directly, so the capsule carries no folic acid.
Can I take it with other supplements?

Does it have side effects?
Taken with food it is well tolerated. A few people find B vitamins stimulating, which taking it in the morning avoids. High dose B vitamins can turn urine bright yellow, which is harmless.
