This capsule provides vitamin B2, B6, folate and B12 in their active forms together with choline. These are the nutrients the body uses to process homocysteine.

What is homocysteine and why does it matter?
Homocysteine is an amino acid that accumulates in the blood when methylation pathways run inefficiently. Raised levels are linked in research to cardiovascular and cognitive health. This formula provides the B vitamins and choline the body uses to metabolise it.
Which nutrients does each capsule provide?
The four key homocysteine-metabolising nutrients in their active forms, including 543mcg of folate as calcium L-methylfolate, alongside active B2, B6, B12 and choline. One capsule daily, 90 capsules per pot.
Why active forms rather than standard B vitamins?
Active forms such as methylfolate and methylcobalamin are used directly in the methylation cycle without conversion, which matters for the estimated 30 to 40% of people carrying MTHFR gene variants that slow conversion.
What does methylated mean?
Methylated B vitamins are pre-activated forms your body can use immediately. Important for those with MTHFR gene variations.
Can B vitamins make me feel overstimulated?
