Arthrolite Capsules give you turmeric extract, ginger extract and marine pine bark extract with piperine in one capsule, each extract standardised so every capsule carries the same amount. Each capsule provides 250mg of turmeric extract, 200mg of ginger extract, 40mg of marine pine bark extract and 5mg of piperine. You take one or two capsules a day with meals. One pot holds 60 capsules.

What is in it
Each capsule provides 250mg of turmeric extract at 95% curcuminoids, 200mg of ginger extract at 5% gingerols, 40mg of marine pine bark extract at 95% OPCs and 5mg of piperine. There is nothing else in it apart from the vegetable capsule shell.
There is no authorised health claim for any of the four ingredients, so Nutri Tailor describes the formula by what it contains.
How to take it
Take one or two capsules a day with meals, either together or one with each of two meals. A meal that contains some fat helps the curcumin absorb. Piperine can change how some prescribed tablets are processed, so anyone on prescribed tablets, or in doubt, speaks to a GP or pharmacist first.

The capsules are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. They are free from gluten, dairy and nuts. Anyone under 16 should not take them.

How is Arthrolite taken?
One or two capsules a day with meals. Two can be taken together with one meal or split across two meals. A pot of 60 lasts two months at one a day or one month at two.
What does standardised mean?
The extract is made to a set strength, so each capsule carries the same amount of the compound the plant is known for. Here that is 95% curcuminoids in the turmeric, 5% gingerols in the ginger and 95% OPCs in the pine bark.
Why is piperine included?
Curcumin, the main compound in turmeric, absorbs poorly on its own. Piperine from black pepper is the usual partner for it in practitioner formulas, at 5mg here.
Can I take it with prescribed tablets?

Can I take it with other supplements?
