What is in it
Each capsule provides 1000mcg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and 1000mcg of folate as calcium L-methylfolate, which is also called 5-MTHF. That is 40000% of the daily reference value for B12 and 500% for folate. The only other ingredients are cellulose and the vegetable capsule shell, so there is no folic acid or cyanocobalamin.

Why are B12 and folate often taken together?
